Field BSEG-FDTAG - FBL5N

I enabled the field BSEG-FDTAG in FBL5N for my user will change the valeu.

The problem is He can change some customer, but he needs access for all the customers. How can I do?

I tried by transacton OB32, OB41 but "nok".

*** The posting key is the same for the two customers, But just one that I got to change the field. I need to change for two customers.
