Compression reduces number of input output operations to main memory however extra CPU resources are utilized for compression. Further compression in HANA reduces memory storage in main memory. In order to determine this compression rate/factor, we analyze below two values:
1. Cardinality(Table + Column),
2. Entropy (Information Density).
In above context can you explain me how cardinality and entropy are measured using a real time scenario?
