Skip PROCESS step in Standard FPM P&F workflow

Hello Experts,

I am creating a new FPM P&F copying standard FPM P&F fro Working Time. Standard process and workflow have three step/scenario stages. However my requirements is to have a two step scenario. How can I skip the third step PROCESS (TS33700021) that directly save data in database/infotype immediately after form is APPROVED in second step? As per standard, APPROVE step does not save any data in database but PROCESS step does.
