Payroll PCR ERROR

Hi Experts,

I am writing a rule to calculate some extra amount to the employee who have kids , i am calculating that from GRoss Pay and adding extra amount. i have written two rules to calculate the same.. but things are not working..Would you please let me know what has gone wrong here..

First PCR >LT0 will see employee has a child or not and if the child is less or equal to 4 years , if yes i am storing amt 1 in variable table,

Then next PCR i am querying wage type /101 and with the AMT in the Variable table if its equal to 1 , then i am doing the calculation..

First PCR works properly, but second doesnt work , there is no error in schema. but simply system doesnt do anything in the second PCR, Please have a look as i have attached the screenshots.

Can you please help me out, AM i writing operation in a wrong way? first time i am writing this Payroll PCR, so do help me,
