LTA reimbursement Advance Claim & LTA Claim - Tax Issue

Dear Team,

Need your expert guidance on the below urgent tax issue for LTA reimbursement.

As per the process, employee is applying for LTA Advance first, then in the same financial year employee is applying claim against advance to nullify the amount.

However system is adding both LTA advance & LTA claim against advance in gross amount (/416) & this is considering for tax also.

Please assist me to resolved the issue.
