PDI error during C4C Adaptation Mode

Hello Experts,

I have logged in through an user (Say User1) into C4C and  went to the Silver light page and clicked on ADAPT > ENTER ADAPTATION MODE.

After this when I click on  EDIT SCREEN, I get the following error :

SNAG-0207.jpg

Since I couldn't find a solution for this, I raised a ticket in C4C for the same.

The reply that I got was this :

SNAG-0208.jpg

But, My tenant and users are already configured as per the solution suggested.

Regarding the solution suggested please note the following:

1. I have logged in through an User. I tried doing the adaptation and edit screen that user only. In the Business users > Edit Access rights> The "Application & User management" Work center is assigned to this user.

2. Also, we have a separate ROLE and User for Development through the cloud application studio.

The user is: CAS_DEV. That user/ Role has the "Partner Development" Assigned to it. Also, along with it, "Business Analytics", " Business Configuration” as well as "Application and user Management" Work center are assigned and nothing else apart from these four work centers.

Therefore, for PDI/Cloud studio Development alone we use a SEPERATE User.

3. When I tried to log in my cloud application studio, through the KAAR user, I am not able to log in at all. Thus this user is not a DEVELOPMENT user.  When I logged in through the "CAS_DEV", I can log in and also, see my solution, which is in development.

4. As per the solution advised in the incident, I went to the Administration Menu, and enabled the "Admin mode ON"

Even after this, I get the same error in C4C when I try to edit screen in adaptation mode through the silver light browser.

Also, found a similar discussion with the same error : Adaptation mode - Silverlight - 1502

Please guide me on  What I am doing wrong and also advice on a possible solution.

We are in a need to use the adapt mode and do changes, but are unable to do it due to this error.
It would be of great help, if you could bare your time in helping me out.

Thanks in Advance,

Vatsan
