Hi All,
We are facing one issue in POWL inbox in ESS/MSS. After the HCM processes and Forms work item approval action taken by the manager, the work item is not refreshing from the inbox automatically. Explicitly if we are pressing 'Refresh' button then only work item is disappearing from the inbox.
Could any one please suggest if we need to do any enhancement or any configuration to achieve this functionality.
