Temporary Addrss Updation

Dear Gurus,

I have a requirement to trigger a mail whenver the temporary address of the business partner is updated.

We are using CRM 7.0.

In CRM Portal the user is changing the temporary address of business partner.

Now i need to trigger a mail to customer mentioning the changesupdated.

I am using BADI 'BAPI_ADDR_UPDATE'.

Here i am not able to get the changes done to the temporary address.

1. Please let me know how to check that the temporary address is updated or not.

2. I tried with various fucntion modules like BUPA_GENERAL_CALLBACK

         FSBP_MEMORY_BUT021_FS_CALLBACK  BUPA_ADDR_CALLBACK but nothing gives me the address changes.

3. Also, suggest me whether the BADI i am using is the exact or is ther any other BADI which suits better than this??

Help me on this ASAP.
