A client has recently upgraded to SAP GRC SP13:

We have planned a Test of Control Effectiveness (TCE).
Upon performing this TCE, we noticed that we are unable to successfully select Pass in the Test Result field.
The default value is Blank. The Blank and Fail values can be selected interchangeably. The moment Pass is selected, the value is not retained and reverts back to the previously selected value.
A SAP incident will be reported, however, any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
Any updates will be posted here as well with the solution upon resolution of this issue.
