How to JOIN OVPM (Outgoing Payment) with OACT and RCT4 in Query

Hey guys,

I've been trying to join OVPM table with OACT for Crystal report.

But i'm still trying how to join these 2 table. because i couldn't find any match value.

I want to make the Crystal Report look exactly like the Picture below. 

Any Suggestion?
