Open URL

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to open a certain link associated with an action on push button.

Issue: I have created an open URL step within the action and am calling desired URL GTviewer://GTviewer.mobi?........... This URL isnt getting triggered from the action. However, if i use another URL e.g. www.gooogle.com , that gets triggered fine.

Any pointers on where am i going wrong?
