How to Calculate Total and export to excel

Hello Friends,

i have one urgent requirement,

i have one internal table

it_vbrp Type table of VBRP, and

wa_vbrp type vbrp.

i am fetching data in internal table, now i have to calculate Total of these fields

VBRP-FKIMG    for quan

VBRP-NTGEW  for net value

VBRP-NETWR for net weight

and after calculating the total i have to export these values to EXCEL file and have to

send it in mail as attachment.

i am attaching the screen shots for excel format,

Kindly help me out to achieve these requirement.
