The report could not be opened from businessobjects enterprise possibly the report is on a different

Hi ALL,

SAP crystal report 2013

SAP BO 4.1 SP7

User having issue opening crystal report in CR 2013.

Administrators do not have issue can open report.

I have research online but non of the solutions works..

Has this issue been resolved by sap or is there any solution out there.
