Values not displaying the output for Ship-to Region Characteristics in CO-PA Report

Hello Experts,

  I've added new characteristics in the existing Custom COPA report. The two fields were Country Ship-to and Region Ship-to.  The fields were included in the output using KE32.  The fields from KNA1 to CO-PA were mapped using table look up in KEDR. Saved and activated. However the Ship-to Country based values were displayed fine and Ship-to Region is NOT.

Output for Ship-to Region : Not working; Values missing, even though, there are values in the table obviously.

Am I missing any other steps in between?

Any feedback/Suggestion really appreciated.
