I am facing an issue in a production system. Components are:
- BO 4.1 SP4 patch 7
- ORACLE 11 cms repository (installed on a remote AIX box)
- Tomcat 7
- Windows 2008 R2 operative system with 32GB of RAM on it.
on the same platform, Data Services 4.2 SP3 patch 1, Information Steward 4.2 SP3 patch 1 and Design Studio 1.6 are installed as well.
Any kind of transport job I try to promote FAILS:
- transport from LCMBIAR files;
- transport "live" FROM other BO systems;
- transport "live" TO other BO systems.
The on-screen error is not so useful (clicking on "failure" status):

I have already tried (with no success) to:
- restart Adaptive Job Server;
- recreate Adaptive Job Server;
- switched Adaptive Job Server "request port" configuration from fixed to "auto assign";
- recreate Adaptive Processing Server with CORE services (in particular "promotion management clear case service" and "promotion management service");
- obviously restart the whole node;
- stop Apache Tomcat, delete "work" folder and restart Tomcat to let it recreate a new one.
For the time being I am transporting objects on this production system with test system promotion management but I'd like to find the reason of this issue.
Can you help me ?
